Unless you are immortal, Ebola should send shivers down your spine. Its the scariest pandemic the world has seen since the Black Death in Europe in the mid of the 14th Century. World powers fear it. The fear of the disease is spreading faster than the virus itself. Judgement day is seemingly lurking in Ebola’s shadow that’s why you should be afraid. Afraid that the Ebola outbreak reads just like a movie script you have seen in the past. Well, here is proof that reality mimics Hollywood.

Plot: Animal activists break into a medical research centre freeing chimpanzees that are infected with the incurable rage virus. It spreads throughout UK killing people who come in contact with the blood and saliva of the victims. Infected people are killed with four of the survivors trying to find refuge fleeing from the wrath of the virus .
Starring: Dustin Hoffman, Rene Russo, Morgan Freeman,Cuba Gooding Jnr, Patrick Dempsey, Donald Sutherland and Kevin Spacey Plot: An airborne virus(motaba) from a monkey in a small town in Congo and later in the United States is out of control.Unaware its lethal, Jimbo {Patrick Dempsey}smuggles the monkey into the United States. Unable to sell it to pet store owners,he releases it into the woods after it scratches and infects him with motaba.The virus starts to spread like flu and Colonel Daniels {Dustin Hoffman} with his team begin a search for the monkey as Cedar Creek State is put under quarantine.

Plot: A cameraman and reporter are assigned to follow firefighters on an emergency call to an apartment building.Done with the mission to leave,they get downstairs and find the exit door locked from the outside. The outbreak of a mysterious virus{mutated rabies} is on the loose and leaving them together with the residents trapped from the inside.

Plot: Coming from a trip ,Beth Emhoff{Gwyneth Paltrow} contracts what seems to be a cold but later collapses with severe seizures in her home. Her husband Mitch{ Matt Damon} rushes to hospital but later wife dies of the unknown. Returning home,he finds Clark his son dead too. Mitch is put in isolation and a quarantine is imposed in the city.Hell breaks loose as CDC (Centre of Disease and Control) head Dr Ellis Cheever{ Laurence Fishburne] expresses fear saying the disease is a bioweapon intended to cause terror over the weekend of thanksgiving.

Plot: A team with no back-up lead by Rhona Mitra { Major Eden Sinclair} is sent to rescue medical researcher Malcolm McDowell{Dr Kane} who was working on a cure to prevent the virus when Scotland was quarantined after the UK government built a 60ft containment wall over the border to prevent the spread of a killer virus turning people into savage animals.They breach the wall in search of Dr Kane when they are ambushed by a group of marauders.

Plot: After an escape attempt, Bruce Willis{Cole} is locked in a cell, but disappears, returning to the future. Back in his own time, Cole is interviewed by the scientists, who play a distorted voice mail message which gives the location of the Army of the Twelve Monkeys and asserts that they are responsible for the deadly virus which forced survivors to move underground. Cole convinces Madeleine Stowe{Dr Railly} that his future experiences are hallucinations, and persuades the scientists to send him back again to collect information on the virus.

Plot: The survivors of a lethal strain which rapidly infected humans and some species of animals who hide in buildings and dark places during the day due to painful UV radiation due to the infection. US Army Lieutenant Colonel Robert Neville{Will Smith} is a survivor and believes to be the last healthy human left in New York and solely tries to find a cure.

Plot:Vera{Elizabeth Moody} is snooping on his son Lionel Cosgrove{Timothy Blame}and her lover Paquita {Diana Penalver} on a visit to the zoo. Vera is bitten by a Sumatran rat-monkey that turns her to a ravenous zombie. Lionel keeps her locked in the basement while trying to maintain his relationship. Vera escapes and is hit by a tram.As the towns people assume she is dead, Lionel tranquilizes the zombie for her funeral. After she is buried, he returns to the graveyard to administer more anesthetic, but is accosted by a gang of hoodlums. Vera bursts from her grave, resulting in more deaths and zombies. As their numbers grow, Lionel manages to keep the zombies under relative control with repeated injections, and tries keeping them concealed in his home
